General FAQ
General FAQ: When should I book entertainment for my event?
You should try to book as soon as possible. Some of the entertainers get booked sometimes 4 months out!!! When booking, you will pick your event day, time of event, character, activities, and anything else you would like us to know. And if you want a certain entertainer that you loved from another event, let us know! Your party is not booked until you pay the $50 nonrefundable deposit.
General FAQ: How do I calculate my travel fee?
We use MapQuest to determine your travel fee with a starting Destination of 307 Cardinal Dr Woodstock, GA 30188. Based on the mileage from our office to your location calculate $1.50 per mile one way.
General FAQ: Should I tip my entertainer? And if so, what is customary?
Gratuity is NOT automatically included. If your expectations are exceeded, your Party Team would sincerely appreciate a service gratuity after the party. A customary gratuity ranges between 10-20 percent of the package price.

General FAQ: Multiple Performer Discounts
Each performer that we provide is a high end professional in his/her talent. We cannot offer multiple performer discounts at this time. This includes magicians, stilt walkers, snake charmers, etc. Multiple Characters can be discounted. See details below.
Character Visits: When should my character arrive?
We recommend that your character arrive 30 minutes after your guests arrive. Our entertainers arrive in costume and begin the minute they walk into the door. There is no setup required. Our performers allow an extra 15mins to get to your event, to allow for unforseen circumstances. Please let us know if there are any known delays getting to your location- high-traffic area, etc. If you are hosting your party at a public venue or park, please provide a meeting place for the performer and be available by phone the day of the party, to avoid tardiness.
General FAQ: Do you require a desposit?
Yes, we require a $50 deposit to book your entertainer. The balance due plus any applicable travel fee will need to be paid in full 1 week prior to your event.
Character Visits: How many children can you accomodate?
Our private parties are designed for up to 8 participants including the birthday child. You may add additional participants for an additional charge of $10 per child. The only package without a restriction on participants is our Meet & Greet package.
Character Visits: I would like a different character than what is listed...can you do that?
We have over 300 costumes and characters and not all of them are pictured. If you have a specific character that you would like...just ask! We may have it already or may be able to custom make it for your event. Additional fees may apply.
Character Visits: Performer Requests
We reserve the right to change performers/cast members due to emergency circumstances or illness. We will happily replace your performer with another trained professional. Each of our performers are trained models and actors and will provide you with the same show outlined in the character description. Please note that not all of our performers sing, so if a singing performer becomes ill, there is no guarantee she will be replaced with another singing performer. In this case, the song will be replaced with a princess dance.
Discounts & Donations: School Discounts
We offer a 10% discount to local schools for character visits that are holding weekday/week night events only. Weekend events are at the full rate.
Discounts & Donations: Donations for Services
As we are a small business, we have a limited number of service hours that we can donate to non-profit organizations. If your non-profit organization would like to be considered for service donations, please send an email by January 30th of each fiscal year.
Character Visits: What do I need to supply for the character?
We bring everything needed to conduct the activites included in your ordered package. Each package is different, so we bring different things to every party. If you ordered a package with crafts or games, we will bring everything needed.
General FAQ: What is your cancellation policy?
Our entertainers clear their schedule for your event and refuse other bookings to keep you a priority. All fees are non-refundable. No refund will be issued due to inclement weather. No refunds are issued for cancellations. Bookings can be rescheduled if done 3 weeks prior to the event.
Character Visits: Generic vs. Licensed Characters
Character Visits: Guest Behavior
Entertainer/Artist will not supervise children. Their behavior and safety is the Parents' responsibility. Artist cannot see other children and what they are doing while she is painting or performing.
